  • 1/2 cupof sour cream
  • 1/10 cupof ground cumin
  • 1 cupof onions
  • 1/2 cupof cilantro
  • 1/5 cupof jalapeno
  • 1 cupof Oaxacan cheese
  • 1 cupof longaniza chorizo
  • 1/7 cupof oil
  • 1/7 cupof lemon juice
  • 1/5 cupof guacamole


  1. take a bowl and mix the sour cream with a pinch of ground cumin. Chop your onion and put in in a separate bowl and some more to the side. Cut your cilantro and add as well. Cut some jalapeno, Oaxacan cheese and longaniza chorizo.

  2. Put a pan on a heat and add some oil. Add chopped onion and cilantro. Fry for a while. Add a little bit of lemon juice. When your onions are a little bit translucent, add your chorizo. Stir well.

  3. Take s smaller pan and put your pita in it. Add some cheese to melt and put a pan on a heat. Later, add the mixture from your second pan. Cover with another pita and let it cook for a while. Turn them to the other side and fry for a while. Next, put it on a pan and add some sour cream mixture and some guacamole. Sprinkle with some chopped onion and cilantro.
