Sweet Potatoes Casserole

  • 2 cupsof sliced sweet potatoes
  • 1 cupof goat cheese
  • 1 cupof chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 cupof chopped white onion
  • 1/20 cupof salt
  • 1/20 cupof olive oil


  1. Take pilled and thinly sliced sweet potato. Lay it the bottom of baking pan. After that, you need to make a layer of goat cheese. Then, add some color to the dish and put chopped green pepper on the cheese. Next, put chopped white onion and sprinkle some sea salt on top. Drizzle everything with olive oil.

  2. When you've made those layers, repeat everything once more - sweet potatoes, goat cheese, green pepper, onion, sea salt and olive oil. You can make the casserole as big as you wish. So, you can make as much layers as you want. Finish the layers with sweet potato on top and drizzle it with olive oil and salt.

  3. Cover the dish with foil and put it into the oven for about an hour. When you tool it off the oven, put some goat cheese on top. Next, put it again into the oven for another 10-15 minutes. The cheese will melt and become brown.
