- 1/2 cupof onion
- 1 cupof green pepper
- 1 cupof red pepper
- 1 cupof pineapple chunks
- 2 cupsof chicken breasts
- 1/8 cupof sea salt
- 1/8 cupof paprika
- 1/8 cupof pepper
- 1 cupof water
- 1 cupof flour
- 1/8 cupof garlic powder
- 1/8 cupof vegetable oil
Dice one white onion and cut one green pepper and one red pepper.
Take a pan and put it on heat.
Add 1 cup of ketchup and your vegetables. Cook until ready.
Add 1 cup of pineapple chunks. Stir well.
Cut two chicken breasts.
Take a baking pan and add 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of water, sea salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and cut chicken breasts.
Take a frying pan and add some vegetable oil.
Fry your chicken pieces until golden brown.
Serve with rice and cooked vegetables. Enjoy!
