- 1 1/2 cupsof water
- 1/3 cupof ground flaxseeds
- 2/3 cupof onion, diced
- 1/2 cupof walnuts, lightly toasted
- 3 cupsof quick oats
- 2/7 cupof broth concentrate
- 1/7 cupof oil
- 1/4 cupof batter
Take a small bowl, whisk the water and ground flaxseeds together and set aside.
Combine the walnuts and onion in a food processor.
Pulse until chopped finely.
Add the oats, broth and flaxseed mixture.
Pulse until smooth.
Using 1/4 cup of batter, shape into patties and fry in a lightly oiled skillet until browned.
You can also bake.
Let it set and cool when it turns brown. Enjoy!
