Stuffed Pepper Soup

  • 4 cupsof lean ground beef
  • 8 cups beef broth
  • 2 cupsof can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 cupsof cooked rice
  • 1 cupof chopped green bell peppers
  • 1/2 cupof diced onion
  • 1/8 cupof minced garlic
  • 1/4 cupof brown sugar
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 1/10 cupof Worcestershire sauce


  1. Take a large skillet and brown the hamburger with onion and garlic until beef is no longer pink. Rinse grease from hamburger and dump into a large stock pot. Place stock pot on stovetop and add all other ingredients. Make the soup boil on a high heat. Then, reduce it to low and let it simmer for 45 minutes. Serve the dish with cheesy garlic. Have a nice meal!
