Strawberry Shortcake

  • 1 cupof chocolate
  • 1/2 cupof butter
  • 1/3 cupof eggs
  • 3/4 cupof sugar 1 cupof flour
  • 3/4 cupof strawberry


  1. Start with melting a chocolate. Add some butter to a melted chocolate and massage it into the chocolate. While the chocolate and butter are melted, take it off the heat and put aside.

  2. Take a bowl and beat the yolks there, add melted chocolate and butter. Mix it really well.

  3. Take a mixing bowl and add egg whites and gradually add there sugar in order not to lose air bubbles. Add flour into the mixture and mix it carefully. Next, add half of mixture of melted butter and chocolate. Mix it in slowly, and once it is all combined, pour it into your pan.

  4. Put the pan into the oven to bake. Bake it at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes. When the cakes are ready, split them in half and add there strawberry. Add strawberry into each half and drizzle it a little bit with strawberry juice. Put some whipped creme on top.
