- 3/4 cupof crushed pecans
- 1/4 cupof shredded coconut
- 2 cupsof strawberries
- 1 cupof cashews
- 1/10 cupof vanilla extract
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1 cupof coconut oil
- 1/2 cupof raw honey
Add 3/4 cup of crushed pecans and 1/4 cup of shredded coconut to the blender.
Blend briefly until the mixture turns unto meal.
Pour the mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.
Press the mixture in the pie plate and build up the sides slightly.
Add 1 cup of raw cashews, 1 cup of coconut oil, a pinch of salt, 1/2 cup of raw honey, 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract and 2 cups of strawberries to the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture over the pie crust and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
