- 1 1/4 cupof self-rising flour
- 1/15 cupof salt
- 1/30 cupof ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cupof egg
- 1 cupof granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cupof milk
- 1/3 cupof vegetable oil
- 1 cupof fresh strawberries
Take a bowl and add the flour, salt, cinnamon, and sugar and mix well.
Add the milk and vegetable oil and mix well again.
Add one egg and mix.
Peel and cut the strawberries and add to the bowl.
Mix the ingredients well.
Take a baking mold, cover it with the parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
Bake for 50 minutes at 175 degrees C.
