- 1/2 cupof peach
- 1/2 cupof nectarine
- 1/2 cupof plums
- 2 cupsof arugula
- 1 cupof beets, peeled, cooked and sliced
- 1 cupof burrata
- 1/5 cupof balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cupof olive oil
- 1/8 cupof minced garlic
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof black pepper
Slice the peach, plum, nectarine and beets.
Set them aside.
Take a large bowl and add the arugula.
Pile the cut fruit on top of the greens.
Add the sliced beets on top of the salad.
Cut the burrata in half and put small pieces off.
Add them to the salad.
Take a small bowl and whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss it. Enjoy!
