- 3 cupsof cut mixed vegetables (cucumbers, onions, bell pepper, tomatoes)
- 1/12 cupof pepper
- 1/7 cupof soy sauce
- 1/5 cupof olive oil
- 1/12 cupof mixed herbs
Put your frying pan on heat and add some olive oil.
Next, add your vegetables.
Sprinkle with pepper and mixed herbs, stir well and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes. Keep stirring time to time until ready.
