Ingredients

  • 3 cupsof cut mixed vegetables (cucumbers, onions, bell pepper, tomatoes)
  • 1/12 cupof pepper
  • 1/7 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/5 cupof olive oil
  • 1/12 cupof mixed herbs

Instructions

  1. Put your frying pan on heat and add some olive oil.

  2. Next, add your vegetables.

  3. Sprinkle with pepper and mixed herbs, stir well and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes. Keep stirring time to time until ready.
