  • 1 cupof peeled shrimps
  • 1/2 cupof sweet corn
  • 1 cupof mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cupof green peas
  • 1 cupof beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cupof spring onions
  • 1/2 cupof chopped white onions
  • 1/2 cupof mixed pepper
  • 1 cupof chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cupsof cooked rice
  • 1/3 cupof vegetable oil
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/5 cupof soy sauce


  1. Take a big frying pan and put some vegetable oil. Put it on high heat. Add white onions, spring onions, mixed pepper and chopped tomatoes. Stir well. Add your peeled shrimps. Stir well again. Add some salt and pepper. Later, put in some green peas, sweet corn and mixed vegetables. Stir well again. Cook for 3 minutes more. Turn off the stove and strain the ingredients.

  2. Wash your frying pan and add some vegetable oil. Put it on high heat. Pour your beaten eggs. Add salt and pepper. Keep stirring. Add your rice and stir again. Next, add your previously cooked mixture and stir well for around 4 to 5 minutes. You can add some soy sauce.
