- 1/7 cupof vegetable oil
- 2 cupsof cabbage
- 1/4 cupof white onion
- 1/10 cupof garlic
- 1/5 cupof spring onion
- 1/4 cupof carrot
- 1/4 cupof red bell pepper
- 1/4 cupof yellow bell pepper
- 1/4 cupof green bell pepper
- 1/20 cupof salt
- 1/20 cupof pepper
- 1/10 cupof thyme
Take a frying pan and add roughly two tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Take a quarter of cabbage and chop it.
Next, chop one white onion and put it into your pan.
Cut a clove of garlic and add to your pan as well.
Chop a little bit of spring onion and add to your frying pan.
Then, cut 1 small carrot and add it to your pan together with your chopped cabbage.
Next, cut your red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper and add them to your pan. Stir the ingredients well.
Add a pinch of salt, pepper and a little bit of smashed thyme. Stir the ingredients.
Cook the ingredients for about 3 to 4 minutes. Keep stirring. Enjoy your meal!
