- 1 cupof saltfish
- 1/2 cupof cabbage
- 1/6 cupof chopped spring onion
- 1/4 cupof white onion
- 3/4 cupof pepper mix
- 1/8 cupof olive oil
- 2 cupsof dumplings
Put some olive oil into the pot and fry 1/4th of saltfish, white onion, peppers, cabbage and spring onion.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
Put the rest of saltfish to fry. Cover it to fry for 3-4 minutes.
While the mixture is cooking, boil the dumplings.
When the dumplings are ready, put them into the plate.
Put the vegetable mixture on top. Enjoy!
