Stir Fried Cabbage, Saltfish and Dumpling

  • 1 cupof saltfish
  • 1/2 cupof cabbage
  • 1/6 cupof chopped spring onion
  • 1/4 cupof white onion
  • 3/4 cupof pepper mix
  • 1/8 cupof olive oil
  • 2 cupsof dumplings


  1. Put some olive oil into the pot and fry 1/4th of saltfish, white onion, peppers, cabbage and spring onion.

  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.

  3. Put the rest of saltfish to fry. Cover it to fry for 3-4 minutes.

  4. While the mixture is cooking, boil the dumplings.

  5. When the dumplings are ready, put them into the plate.

  6. Put the vegetable mixture on top. Enjoy!
