- 2 cupsof chicken
- 1/4 cupof oil
- 1/8 cupof chopped garlic
- 1/4 cupof chopped carrots
- 1/4 cupof green pepper
- 1/4 cupof chopped red pepper
- 1 cupof chopped onion
- 1/10 cupof bay leaf
- 1/4 cupof almonds
- 1/10 cupof hot pepper
- 1/10 cupof parsley
- 1/10 cupof sweet paprika
- 1 cupof tomato
- 1 cupof rum
- 1 cupof beer (water or broth)
Clean the chicken.
Take a pan, put there some oil and chicken. Saute chicken gizzards.
Add garlic, red pepper, green pepper and carrots.
Next add a cup of chopped onion.
Season the mixture to the taste.
Add a bay leaf.
Take a bowl and mix there almonds with garlic, hot pepper, salt and chopped parsley. Crash the mixture.
Add the mixture with almonds to the chicken and add sweet paprika.
Next add ripe tomato, peeled and chopped.
Let the tomato to saute.
Then add rum and let the alcohol to evaporate.
Cover the pan and let it simmer for half an hour.
Then pour in a glass of beer or water or broth. Cover it and cook.
Serve the dish with rice. Enjoy!
