- 1 cupof fish (mackerel, haddock, sea bass, or redfish)
- 1/2 cupof green chopped onion
- 1/8 cupof smashed ginger
- 1/8 cupof garlic
- 1/6 cupof soy sauce
Cut green onions, smash ginger, and smash garlic as well. Combine all these ingredients well. It will be the flavor for fish.
Take a whole fish and make three diagonal cuts from both sides. Take the mixture of onions, ginger and garlic and put it right into the cuts. Put remaining mixture on top. Pour a little bit of soy sauce.
Take wok pan with steaming water in there. Put steaming tray inside the pan and put fish on it. Let it steam for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat up some oil. When the fish will be ready, pour the oil on top. It will release the flavor of the fish. Enjoy!
