Steamed Egg Custard with Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof hot water
  • 1/3 cupof sugar
  • 1/3 cupof brown sugar
  • 2 cupsof whole milk
  • 1/15 cupof vegetable oil
  • 2 cupsof eggs

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add 120 ml of water, sugar, and brown sugar.

  2. Stir well and set aside.

  3. Take a new bowl and whisk 4 eggs until smooth.

  4. Add 2 cups of whole milk and a little bit of vegetable oil.

  5. Whisk and add the sugar mixture.

  6. Whisk it again.

  7. Divide the mixture into the serving bowls.

  8. Wrap each bowl with the foil.

  9. Bring them to a pre-heated steamer and steam for 15 minutes over medium heat.
