- 1 cupof hot water
- 1/3 cupof sugar
- 1/3 cupof brown sugar
- 2 cupsof whole milk
- 1/15 cupof vegetable oil
- 2 cupsof eggs
Take a bowl and add 120 ml of water, sugar, and brown sugar.
Stir well and set aside.
Take a new bowl and whisk 4 eggs until smooth.
Add 2 cups of whole milk and a little bit of vegetable oil.
Whisk and add the sugar mixture.
Whisk it again.
Divide the mixture into the serving bowls.
Wrap each bowl with the foil.
Bring them to a pre-heated steamer and steam for 15 minutes over medium heat.
