Steak Reverse Sear Method

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof steak
  • 1/5 cupof oil
  • 1/5 cupof Cluck and Squeal beef specific seasoning

Instructions

  1. Take your steak and brush up a little bit of oil. Then, sprinkle it with Cluck and Squeal beef specific seasoning.

  2. Cook your steak using maple leaf. Add a competition blend mini-cube to your grill for a little bit of smoke. Put your steak in the middle. Grill for about 30 to 40 minutes. Next, make a strong fire and sear your stake for 30 seconds each side two times. Then, sear it again for 30 second on each side.
