- 1 cupof sweet potato
- 1/2 cupof flour
- 1/2 cupof almond milk
- 1/7 cupof siracha
- 1 cupof bread crumbs
- 1 cupof cooked rice
- 1/7 cupof rice vinegar
- 1 cupof nori
- 1 cupof avocado
Peel your sweet potato and cut it into small strips.
Add your flour to a mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of almond milk and slowly incorporate it into your flour.
Next, add 2 tablespoons of siracha.
Put your potato strips into your mixture and tap them off on a parchment paper.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake your strips at 450 degrees until potatoes are cooked for about 30 minutes.
Take a fork and a bowl with cooked rice and two tablespoons of vinegar and cool it until slightly cool.
Add a little bit of rice to your nori, a few potato strips and a few avocado strips and roll your sushi.
Repeat the same procedure for every piece of nori.
Finally, cut your rolls. Enjoy!
