Spinach Pie

  • 4 cupsof fresh spinach
  • 4 cupsof chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cupof eggs
  • 1 cupof chopped dill
  • 2 cupsof feta cheese
  • 1/7 cupof salt
  • 1/7 cupof pepper
  • 1/4 cupof olive oil
  • 2 cupsof Fillo dough


  1. Cut the spinach. Give it a good squeeze. Put the spinach in a pot with onions, dill and feta cheese. Beat two eggs too. Mix all the ingredients well.

  2. Lay the dough to a pan. Take a pan, oil the dough leaves and put them into a pan. After you put 6 or 7 leaves of dough on the bottom, generously cover them with the spinach mixture. Keep on putting leaves on top. Roll the edges in a little bit. Add some more olive oil. Cut the pie in the pan before baking.

  3. Cook the pie in an oven at 380 degrees for about 30 to 45 minutes.
