- 4 cupsof fresh spinach
- 4 cupsof chopped green onions
- 1/2 cupof eggs
- 1 cupof chopped dill
- 2 cupsof feta cheese
- 1/7 cupof salt
- 1/7 cupof pepper
- 1/4 cupof olive oil
- 2 cupsof Fillo dough
Cut the spinach. Give it a good squeeze. Put the spinach in a pot with onions, dill and feta cheese. Beat two eggs too. Mix all the ingredients well.
Lay the dough to a pan. Take a pan, oil the dough leaves and put them into a pan. After you put 6 or 7 leaves of dough on the bottom, generously cover them with the spinach mixture. Keep on putting leaves on top. Roll the edges in a little bit. Add some more olive oil. Cut the pie in the pan before baking.
Cook the pie in an oven at 380 degrees for about 30 to 45 minutes.
