- 2 cupsof bread
- 1 cupof fresh spinach
- 2 cupsof eggs
- 1/3 cupof olive oil
- 1/7 cupof finely chopped garlic
- 1/3 cupof butter
- 1/10 cupof garlic bread seasoning
Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on each piece of bread and drizzle with 1/4 teaspoon of garlic bread seasoning.
Take a pan and heat it over medium heat.
Add a little bit of olive oil.
Reduce the heat and place the bread for about 1 - 1.5 minutes on each side.
Remove it when ready.
Stir-dry the spinach with olive oil and garlic.
Boil a large saucepan of water and cook your eggs.
Cool them and peel.
Make a stack of two garlic bread pieces together.
Add the stir-fry spinach and eggs on top.
Garnish with parsley and chopped tomatoes or anything you want. Enjoy!
