Spinach On Toasted Bread With Soft Eggs

  • 2 cupsof bread
  • 1 cupof fresh spinach
  • 2 cupsof eggs
  • 1/3 cupof olive oil
  • 1/7 cupof finely chopped garlic
  • 1/3 cupof butter
  • 1/10 cupof garlic bread seasoning


  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on each piece of bread and drizzle with 1/4 teaspoon of garlic bread seasoning.

  2. Take a pan and heat it over medium heat.

  3. Add a little bit of olive oil.

  4. Reduce the heat and place the bread for about 1 - 1.5 minutes on each side.

  5. Remove it when ready.

  6. Stir-dry the spinach with olive oil and garlic.

  7. Boil a large saucepan of water and cook your eggs.

  8. Cool them and peel.

  9. Make a stack of two garlic bread pieces together.

  10. Add the stir-fry spinach and eggs on top.

  11. Garnish with parsley and chopped tomatoes or anything you want. Enjoy!
