Spinach Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof spinach
  • 1 cupof ricotta
  • 1 cupof eggs
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 1 cupof onion
  • 1/8 cupof garlic
  • 1 cupof red bell pepper
  • 1/7 cupof olive oil
  • 1 cupof champignons
  • 1/2 cupof cream

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and mix spinach, ricotta and two eggs.

  2. Add some salt and pepper.

  3. From small balls and put them on a plate.

  4. Dice one onion and cut two cloves of garlic. Add them to a frying pan and put on the grill. Fry with some olive oil and put on a plate.

  5. Put one red bell pepper on the grill.

  6. Next, fry your champignons with some cream.

  7. Finally, cook your balls. Put them on a grill plate.

  8. Cut your grilled pepper.

  9. Enjoy all the ingredients in one plate.
