Spinach Artichoke Pizza With Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/15 cupof garlic
  • 1/20 cupof extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 cupof almond milk
  • 1/15 cupof salt
  • 1/15 cupof pepper
  • 1/15 cupof nutritional yeast
  • 1/30 cupof lemon juice
  • 1 cupof cauliflower
  • 2 cupsof pizza bread
  • 1/3 cupof spinach leaves
  • 1/5 cupof chopped onions
  • 1/4 cupof sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cupof sliced zucchini
  • 1/4 cupof chopped tomatoes
  • 1/5 cupof olives
  • 1/5 cupof artichokes

Instructions

  1. To prepare the sauce, cook the minced garlic with olive oil until golden brown for about three minutes. Add the almond milk and bring it to boil. Add the salt, pepper, chopped cauliflower and cook until it's soft for about seven minutes. Transfer to a blender and add the lemon juice and nutritional yeast. Blend until smooth.

  2. Take your pizza bread and cover with your sauce. Add spinach leaves, chopped onions, sliced mushrooms, sliced zucchini, chopped tomatoes, olives and artichokes. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes.
