- 1/5 cupof grated ginger root
- 1/7 cupof minced garlic
- 1 cupof brown sugar
- 1/2 cupof rice vinegar
- 1/2 cupof fish sauce
- 1/7 cupof soy sauce
- 1/8 cupof hot sauce
- 4 cupsof cut boneless skinless chicken
- 1/2 cupof chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cupof green onions
- 1/2 cupof roasted peanuts
- 1 cupof sliced peppers
- 1/8 cupof vegetable oil
Take a big bowl and add grated ginger root, minced garlic, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of rice vinegar, 1/2 cup of fish sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce and a little bit of hot sauce and whisk the ingredients.
Take a bowl and add your chicken.
Take about 1/4 cup of your mixture and pour into a chicken bowl.
Mix well until all the chicken pieces are coated.
Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
Put your frying pan on high heat and add some vegetable oil.
Add your chicken and cook stirring until all the pieces are caramelized.
Next, lower your heat to medium and add your sliced peppers, roast peanuts and chopped green onions. Cook this for about 1 minute.
Add the rest of your sauce.
Turn off the heat. Add your cilantro and stir well. Enjoy!
