Spicy Butternut Soup

  • 4 cupsof chopped butternut
  • 1 cupof chopped onions
  • 1/6 cupof butter
  • 1/10 cupof chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cupof red onion
  • 1/10 cupof coriander
  • 1/10 cupof nutmeg
  • 1/4 cupof white wine
  • 1/2 cupof cream


  1. Peel and chop butternut. Let them boil for an hour and a half. Chop the onions.

  2. When butternut is soft, take it off the water. Take a pot and putt there some butter. Put there onions. Then, chop the garlic and red onion. Add them to onions as well. Season the mixture with coriander and nutmeg. Then, add butternut to the pot as well.

  3. Next, add orange zest to a pan and pour some white wine there. Now, it is time to blend the soup. If it is needed, add some butternut stock. Add a little bit of cream. The soup is ready. Enjoy!
