- 2 cupsof ground beef
- 1 cupof tomato sauce
- 1/10 cupof paprika
- 1/10 cupof cumin
- 1/10 cupof cinnamon
- 1/6 cupof raisings
- 1 cupof boiled eggs
- 2 cupsof corn biscuits
Fry beef with onions and salt and pepper.
Add tomato sauce. Season the mixture with paprika, cumin, and cinnamon and raisings.
Chop boiled eggs and add beef mixture to them.
Open up corn biscuits. Roll them well.
Stuff biscuits with beef filling and close them.
Put them into oven for 10 minutes. Enjoy your empanadas!
