Soya Chunks Curry

  • 3 cupsof soya chunks
  • 1/2 cupof onion
  • 1/6 cupof cinnamon sticks
  • 1/10 cupof bay leaves
  • 1/10 cupof garlic
  • 1/8 cupof jeera seeds
  • 1/8 cupof masala
  • 1/8 cupof ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/8 cupof dhania powder


  1. Boil soya chunks for 15 minutes. Now, boil oil in a medium0sized pot. Add there half of onion, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves and garlic. Then, add a little bit of jeera seeds. Next, add some masala. Also, add ginger and garlic paste. Mix everything well. Add soya chunks into the mixture. Add a teaspoon of salt. Cook it for a while and add some dhania powder and jeera powder again. Mix together all the ingredients. Add curry leaves and let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
