Southwest flank Steak with Chilli Potato

  • 2 cupsof steak
  • 1/4 cupof brown sugar
  • 1/8 cupof cumin
  • 1/8 cupof oregano
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/8 cupof lime juice
  • 2 cupsof potato
  • 1 cupof broccoli
  • 1 cupof cheese
  • 1/8 cupof chili


  1. Combine chili seasoning, brown sugar, cumin, oregano, salt and lime juice in a small bowl.

  2. Then, spread this mixture over the steak. Place it on a boiling pan, drizzle it with oil and place into the oven. Roil the steak from one side for 5-7 minutes, turn and roil from the other side for 5-7 minutes. After it is done, let it stand for another 5 minutes.

  3. In order to prepare chili potato, combine potatoes with chili seasoning and olive oil. Place the potato in a preheated pan until golden color.

  4. Next, slice the steak into thin strips. Serve it over the potatoes along with broccoli and cheese.
