- 4 cupsof large cooked and peeled sweet potatoes
- 1 cupof eggs
- 1 1/3 cupof brown sugar
- 1/3 cupof whole milk
- 1/10 cupof vanilla
- 1/15 cupof nutmeg
- 1/10 cupof cinnamon
- 1/5 cupof melted butter
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 4 cupsof pie crust
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Put your pie crust into a pan and poke holes in the bottom with a fork.
Put it in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Take a large bowl and mash sweet potatoes.
Next, mix in vanilla, milk and eggs with a hand mixer.
Add sugar, nutmeg, butter, salt and cinnamon.
Pour this mixture into the crust and bake for about 40 minutes. Enjoy!
