- 5 cupsof skirt steak
- 1/3 cupof salt
- 1/3 cupof pepper
Take your skirt steak and season it with salt and paper beforehand. Then, put it into fridge. Take the steak out of the refrigerator half an hour before grilling. Salt and pepper the steak again.
Clean your grill and heat it up to 500 degrees. Put the steak salted side down right over the direct flames. Next, salt and pepper your steak from the upper side again. Let steak sit for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Do not close the grill when cooking. Finally, cover steaks with foil and let them rest for 5-10 minutes so all the juices settle in.
