Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof chopped meat
  • 1 cupof chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cupof chopped cucumbers
  • 1 cupof chopped onions
  • 1 cupof chopped bell pepper
  • 1/10 cupof seasonings
  • 1/3 cupof olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place skewers into water so they do not burn when roasted or grilled. Toss vegetables in olive oil and season them. Assemble skewers. Roast or grill at 400 degrees for around 15 minutes or until meat is done.
