  • 1 cupof zucchini
  • 1 cupof yellow bell pepper
  • 1/7 cupof olive oil
  • 1/5 cupof tomatoes
  • 1/8 cupof garlic
  • 1/8 cupof grated parmesan cheese


  1. Cut your zucchini and bell pepper.

  2. Take a frying pan, add a little bit of olive oil and put it on heat.

  3. Add your cut zucchini and pepper.

  4. Next, add a little bit of crushed and cut garlic and cut tomatoes. Stir well.

  5. Cook your pasta in boiling water.

  6. Take a plate and mix your pasta with other ingredients.

  7. Sprinkle with some grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
