- 1 cupof zucchini
- 1 cupof yellow bell pepper
- 1/7 cupof olive oil
- 1/5 cupof tomatoes
- 1/8 cupof garlic
- 1/8 cupof grated parmesan cheese
Cut your zucchini and bell pepper.
Take a frying pan, add a little bit of olive oil and put it on heat.
Add your cut zucchini and pepper.
Next, add a little bit of crushed and cut garlic and cut tomatoes. Stir well.
Cook your pasta in boiling water.
Take a plate and mix your pasta with other ingredients.
Sprinkle with some grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
