  • 1 cupof shrimps
  • 1/3 cupof olive oil
  • 1 cupof white oblong bread
  • 1/5 cupof garlic
  • 1/7 cupof butter
  • 1 cupof shallots
  • 1/5 cupof ginger
  • 1/10 cupof chili
  • 1 cupof red pepper
  • 1/4 cupof celery
  • 1/4 cupof spring onions
  • 1/10 cupof chili sauce
  • 1/15 cupof parsley
  • 1/15 cupof lime zest


  1. Peel shrimps. Take a wooden cutting board and pour some olive oil on it and add some pepper. Cut two slices of oblong white bread. Dip both sides of bread slices in poured olive oil with pepper. Take some garlic. Smash it with your knife and rub the bread's surface. Put the slices on a hot pan and hold for about 30 seconds on each side.

  2. Take a new pan and pour some olive oil on it. Add about 30 grams of butter. Add a little bit of ginger and chili. Add the shrimps. Cover with spring onions, celery, and add red pepper. Stir the ingredients on a medium flame.

  3. Put the crouton on a plate and cover it with the mixture from a pan. Put some chili sauce and parsley on the plate. Cover with some lime zest.
