Shrimp Tacos with Korean Gochujang & Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupof diced Mango
  • 1/4 cupof chopped Red Onion
  • 1/8 cupof chopped jalapeno
  • 1/4 cupof chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cupof lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cupsof large Shrimp
  • 1/10 cupof Sesame Oil
  • 1/10 cupof Gochujang (Korean Pepper Paste)
  • 1/10 cupof Brown Sugar (depending on how sweet your paste is)
  • 1/10 cupof minced Garlic
  • 1/10 cupof toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 1/8 cupof chopped Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and mix there red onion, mango, cilantro and Jalapenos. Pour it with lime juice.

  2. Peel the shrimps and drizzle it with sesame oil. Then, add Korean Pepper Paste. Then, add minced Garlic, toasted Sesame Seeds and chopped Green Onions.

  3. Grill the shrimps from both sides. Take warm tortilla. Put some mango sauce on bottom and put shrimp on top. Enjoy!
