Shrimp and Garlic Spaghetti

  • 2 cupsof spaghetti
  • 4 cupsof water
  • 1/20 cupof salt
  • 1 cupof pre-cooked shrimps
  • 1/7 cupof garlic
  • 1/7 cupof salter butter
  • 1/20 cupof olive oil
  • 1/10 cupof black pepper
  • 1/2 cupof parsley


  1. Pour 4 cups of water in a pan. Once it starts to boil, add some salt and spaghetti in a boiling water. Cook for about 8 minutes on medium heat. Chop one and a half cloves of garlic into small pieces. Take about 15 frozen shrimps and remove the tails. Once the spaghetti is done, drain the water.

  2. Melt about 1 1/2 tablespoon of salted butter with half a tablespoon of olive oil in a heated pan. Add chopped garlic and fry for 5 second on medium heat. Add the shrimps to a pan and fry for 2 minutes. Add the cooked spaghetti to a pan and cook for 2 more minutes on medium heat. Season it with some salt and pepper. You can sprinkle some parsley on top.
