  • 1 cupof shredded beef
  • 1/6 cupof egg
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 2 cupsof flour
  • 3 cupsof oil
  • 1/8 cupof diced chili
  • 1/4 cupof sliced onion
  • 1/4 cupof carrot
  • 1/6 cupof green onion


  1. Cut the beef into shreds, small stripes. When it is ready, put it into the bowl and mix with an egg and salt. Roll the slices into the flour. Then you need to fry it into big amount of oil of high temperature. Take it out from the oil and prepare vegetables.

  2. Slice the onion, carrot, green onion and chili. Then you need soy sauce. Put some oil into pan and put there the vegetables. Then, put cold water and soy sauce. Add 2 spoons of flour. Finally, add beef to the vegetables. Have a nice meal!
