- 2 cupsof shredded Brussles sprouts
- 1/5 cupof lemon juice
- 1/5 cupof olive oil
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof pepper
- 1/2 cupof avocado
- 1/5 cupof dried cranberries
Take a plate and whisk together lemon juice and olive oil.
Add a little bit of salt and pepper.
Take a bowl and add your shredded Brussels sprouts.
Pour your lemon juice mixture on top.
Add some grated parmesan and some avocado.
Top with dried cranberries.
Toss and enjoy!
