Shirred Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupof eggs
  • 1/2 cupof bacon
  • 1/2 cupof tomatoes
  • 1/5 cupof green onions
  • 1/4 cupof chopped onions
  • 1/5 cupof garlic butter
  • 1/5 cupof heavy cream
  • 1/7 cupof ata rodo
  • 1 cupof bread
  • 1/7 cupof salt
  • 1/7 cupof pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven at 175 degrees Celsius. Flame proof ramekin moulds with melted butter. Line the sides of the ramekins with a layer of bacon rashers. Break the eggs into the ramekins, being careful not to break the yolks. Season the eggs. Add the finely chopped vegetables and heavy cream. Bake the eggs in a 175 degrees oven until they are done for about 8 to 10 minutes. Cut some tomatoes and brown some bread to serve together.
