- 1 cupof corn
- 1/2 cupof shrimps
- 1 cupof potatoes
- 1/4 cupof garlic
- 1/2 cupof Yukka
- 1 cupof broccoli
- 1/8 cupof cauliflower
- 2 cupsof seafood (to your taste)
- 2 cupsof veggies
- 1 cupof lime
Boil as much water as you want soup. Add there Yukka. Cut corn into halves. Peel shrimps. Wash potatoes and cut into bite sized pieces. Peel and chop garlic. As the Yukka begins to tenderize, add corn, potatoes and garlic into the pan. Boil potatoes, corn and garlic for 15-20 minutes.
Next, add broccoli and cauliflower and boil for 5 minutes. The water should stay boiling.
Finally, add some seafood - fish, shrimps, mussels (or any other seafood you wish). Also, add onion, cilantro, cabbage, tomatoes, pepper and other veggies. Add lime juice directly to the soup. Mix everything thoroughly.
Let everything simmer together. Season the soup with salt, oregano, pepper, basil, garlic and any other seasoning to your taste. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Have a nice meal!
