  • 2 cupsof cabbage
  • 1/8 cupof oil
  • 1/8 cupof brown sugar
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/4 cupof vinegar


  1. Cut the cabbage thin. Put some oil on the pan and put cabbage there. Next, add vinegar. Saute it for a while. When the cabbage is the texture that you like, add salt, mustard seed and brown sugar. Sauerkraut is ready! Enjoy!
