  • 1/5 cupof garlic
  • 1/15 cupof coriander
  • 1/15 cupof salt
  • 1/15 cupof pepper
  • 1/8 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/15 cupof candle nuts
  • 1/3 cupof chili
  • 1/7 cupof melted margarine
  • 1/2 cupof peanuts
  • 3 cupsof chicken thighs, boneless, cut into long strips
  • 1/5 cupof vegetable oil


  1. Take a pan and add 5 candle nuts and 5 cloves of garlic, and crush them.

  2. Add a little bit of salt, pepper, coriander and chili. Crush all the ingredients.

  3. Add all the ingredients to a frying pan, add some oil and saute for a while to make them a little bit brown.

  4. Next, add melted margarine, sweet soy sauce and peanuts. Mix the ingredients well.

  5. Put your mixture on top of your chicken thighs.

  6. Leave the chicken to marinate for about half an hour. Next, grill your chicken thighs in the oven until ready. Enjoy!
