- 2 1/4 cupsof all-purpose flour
- 1 cupof milk
- 1 cupof egg whites
- 1/10 cupof white vanilla
- 1 1/2 sugar cups
- 1/8 cupof baking power
- 1/2 cupof butter
- 1/2 cupof coconut oil
- 1/2 cupof Strawberry jam
Beat the egg whites and add some sugar. Blend the mixture.
Now, mix the butter, oil and sugar.
Sift the dry ingredients.
Add them to the mixture with butter and blend together well.
Pour the milk to the mixture and do not stop to blend.
Next add remaining dry ingredients mixture and vanilla. Mix well.
combine the mixture with whisked egg whites and mix together.
Take a baking pan and pour the mixture into it.
Bake at 350 degrees up to 50 minutes.
Take off the cake, cut the top of it.
Next cut the cake into 2 parts.
Put strawberry jam on top of first piece and put the second piece on top.
