Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof saltfish
  • 1/2 cupof cut white onion
  • 1/2 cupof cut green onion
  • 1 cupof cut tomato
  • 1 cupof mixed bell peppers
  • 1/7 cupof oil
  • 1/8 cupof thyme
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 1/8 cupof ketchup

Instructions

  1. Take a frying pan and add a little bit of oil.

  2. Put it on heat.

  3. Add all of your vegetables.

  4. Fry for a while.

  5. In a meantime, cook your dumpling and banana.

  6. Next, add your saltfish.

  7. Add a little bit of pepper and ketchup and stir.

  8. Serve with bananas and dumplings.
