Salt Fish and Cabbage Served With Dumpling

  • 3 cupsof white cabbages
  • 1/5 cupof scotch bonnet peppers
  • 1/4 cupof onions
  • 1/10 cupof garlic
  • 1/3 cupof carrots
  • 1/2 cupof red pepper
  • 1/2 cupof green pepper
  • 1/2 cupof yellow pepper
  • 1 cupof salt fish
  • 1/7 cupof vegetable oil
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper


  1. Cut one half of white cabbage, garlic and half of white onion. Dice one carrot and one red, green and yellow pepper.

  2. Take a medium size frying pan and put it on a medium heat. Add some vegetable oil. Wait for 3 minutes and add salt fish, white cabbage, scotch bonnet pepper, onion, garlic, carrot, red pepper, green pepper and yellow pepper. Season the ingredients with salt and pepper. Stir all the ingredients and continue frying them. Fry until cooked. Serve with some dumplings.
