- 5 cupsof ground beef
- 1 cupof eggs
- 1 cupof onions
- 1/7 cupof garlic
- 1/7 cupof spices
- 1/7 cupof Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cupof bread crumbs
- 2 cupsof mushrooms
- 1/2 cupof red wine
- 1/4 cupof butter
- 1/7 cupof fresh parsley
- 1/7 cupof flour
- 2 cupsof beef broth
Take a big bowl and add your ground beef.
Beat two eggs into a bowl.
Smash 3 garlic cloves and cut them finely. Add it to a bowl.
Add your spices.
Grate the onion and add it to a bowl as well.
Next, add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and 1 cup of bread crumbs.
Mix the ingredients will with your hands.
Form round pieces for burgers.
Peel your mushrooms. Meanwhile, fry your steaks.
When the steaks are ready, take them off but do not turn off the heat.
Add a little bit of red wine (about 1/2 cup) to your pan.
Pour wine into a strainer and reserve.
In the same skillet over medium high heat, melt some butter and add the mushrooms and onions, saute until golden. Set aside.
Next, melt 3 more tablespoons of butter and stir in the flour to make a roux.
After that add the beef stock and a little bit of Worcestershire sauce.
Bring your mixture to a boil and reduce the heat.
Next, add your reserved red wine, mushrooms and steaks and cook them until your pan shows 180 degrees F.
Do not forget to flip the ingredients in the middle of your cooking process.
Finally, add a little bit of fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!
