- 3 cupsof salmon
- 2 cupsof lemon
- 1/2 cupof spice mix
- 1/2 cupof cooking oil
Slice lemon as thinly as possible. Soak the skewers in water for 10-15 minutes. Chop salmon into 1 inch cubes. Use two skewers. This prevents ingredients from rotating while grilling. You can fold ingredients in half to make it easier to skewer.
Alternate lemon slices and salmon cubes on your skewers. Brush your skewers with cooking oil. Remember to brush both sides. Evenly sprinkle on spice mix. Again, remember to sprinkle both sides. Make sure the grill pan is hot enough. Place skewers onto the grill pan. Sprinkle on more spice mix. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.
