Salmon Papillote

  • 1/4 cupof Salmon
  • 1/8 cupof Carrots
  • 1/10 cupof Olives
  • 1/4 cupof Tomatoes
  • 1/10 cupof Shallots
  • 1/20 cupof Parsley
  • 1/5 cupof Salt
  • 1/10 cupof Pepper
  • 1/4 cupof Olive oil


  1. Take a 12 x 16 inch parchment paper. Cut it into a heart shape. Preheat the oven to 400F. Take olives, tomatoes, carrots, shallots and parsley in a bowl. Add some salt and olive oil. Mix it properly.

  2. Take salmon in a dish and season it with salt and pepper.

  3. Place the salmon on one side of the parchment paper. Put the mixture on it. Fold the paper from the middle and fold its edges together. Place it on a baking tray. Bake for a few minutes.
