- 2 cupsof salmon fillet
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof garlic powder
- 1/10 cupof lemon pepper
- 1/4 cupof brown sugar
- 1/4 cupof water
- 1/4 cupof vegetable oil
- 1/4 cupof soy sauce
You need to start with making marinade. Take a bowl and mix there brown sugar, water, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Mix it around, the sugar should dissolve.
Take salmon fillet, salt it and sprinkle it with lemon pepper and garlic powder from both sides.
Take a plastic bag and put there your fillet. Pour soy sauce marinade on the fillet into the bag. Close the bag and leave it for couple of hours in fridge.
Take fillet out of the bad after few hours and put it into the oven for 12 minutes depending on the thickness. Then flip it into another side and cook for another 10-12 minutes. Serve it and enjoy!
