- 5 cupsof potatoes
- 2 1/2 cupof shrimps
- 1/7 cupof salt
- 1 cupof boiled eggs
- 1 cupof mayonnaise
First, peel 1 kilo of potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Take a pot, add some water, salt and bring it to a boil. Then, add half a kilo of shrimps. Cook for less then a minute. Strain the shrimps and reserve the cooking water for potatoes.
Take a pan and add your shrimp water. Add your potatoes. Cook them for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, peel your shrimps. When the potatoes are ready, drain them and let them cool down.
Peel 4 boiled eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks. Mash them with a fork separately.
Put the potatoes in a bowl, add your egg whites, shrimps, egg yolks and mayonnaise. Mix it all well. Cover with a layer of mayonnaise and garnish with cooked shrimps and the rest of the egg yolk. Enjoy your salad!
