- 2 cupsof raw walnuts
- 1/4 cupof agave nectar
- 1/2 cupof chopped pitted dates
- 1/2 cupof raw cocoa
- 1/20 cupof vanilla
- 1/20 cupof sea salt
- 3/4 cupof coconut oil
- 1/2 cupof berries and coconut for garnish
Put the walnuts into a food processor and process them until flour like consistency. Next, add the dates, agave nectar, row cocoa, vanilla extract, salt, and the coconut oil. Pulse for a few and then process for approximately 15 seconds.
Then, using your hands form it into the form of cake. Garnish it with coconut and some fresh berries. Row vegan chocolate cake is ready. It is very delicious and totally healthy. Enjoy this wonderful dessert!
