- 1 1/2 cupof flour
- 1/7 cupof almond flour
- 1 1/8 cupof unsalted butter
- 1/2 cupof icing sugar
- 1/20 cupof salt
- 1/7 cupof rosemary
- 1/10 cupof lemon zest
Take a bowl and combine all the dry ingredients.
Next, add them to the food processor and turn it on for a while.
Then, add the powder sugar and the butter. Mix doing small pulses. Transfer the dough to a film paper.
Wrap it and refrigerate for about an hour.
Next, spread the dough and cut out the cookies. The dough should be super cold.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes or until they are golden brown. Enjoy!
