  • 1 1/2 cupof flour
  • 1/7 cupof almond flour
  • 1 1/8 cupof unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cupof icing sugar
  • 1/20 cupof salt
  • 1/7 cupof rosemary
  • 1/10 cupof lemon zest


  1. Take a bowl and combine all the dry ingredients.

  2. Next, add them to the food processor and turn it on for a while.

  3. Then, add the powder sugar and the butter. Mix doing small pulses. Transfer the dough to a film paper.

  4. Wrap it and refrigerate for about an hour.

  5. Next, spread the dough and cut out the cookies. The dough should be super cold.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes or until they are golden brown. Enjoy!
